I've always believed in quality rather than quantity. I'd rather have a fleeting evening full of adventure than a long stretch of mediocrity.
Whether that means stealing flirtatious moments at a Giacometti exhibition, sharing as many laughs as insights over good Peruvian or dancing our way through Jungle's album preview show, you're looking for that right someone with whom you can feel the world disappear.
I suppose I should be trying to be a lot of things but I only know how to be myself. And, yes, I realise that I "should" be trying my hardest for you to want to spend time with me specifically on here. Besides, I've never really cared about the 'shoulds'.
That rare, special chemistry can't be just persuaded out of me. My music library might make you believe there's no sound I don't enjoy but there's only one wavelength one can be on and ours need to create harmony.
So what makes my wavelength, mine?
Way too many things! I see beauty everywhere so, other than that meaning I get constantly mesmerised by the world around me, both my interests and goals take on every hue of the rainbow. And yet, my goals are anything but little.
I've always been one that loves to excel - and does excel (I know, very modest!) - and build things bigger than me. While most of my aspirations involve working on big oil canvases just as much as supporting and uplifting emerging artists, they're hardly the only things I have my hands in!
Although I'm often told I'm "lovely" and "sweet" (still feels strange to write it myself to be perfectly honest!), mischief runs through my blood. And if you are so lucky, you might just see it in action - you won't always be able to put a finger on what I'm thinking but you'll sure see ten little devils dancing in each eye.
After all, if we can't express ourselves in ways that we would not be able to otherwise together, then when? We've created a space in time that belongs only to us - that is the ultimate luxury. Experience so delectable it would make a Michelin man introduce a 4th star.
